Portuguese-English Bilingual Case Manager (Pre-Litigation) 🇧🇷⚖️
Remote Legal Opportunity | Brazil
We are hiring an experienced Case Manager to support a U.S.-based Personal Injury Law Firm. Candidates with strong Personal Injury and Pre-Litigation experience will be highly prioritized.
Location & Schedule
📍 Remote - Brazil
🕒 Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm EST
🔹Key Responsibilities
• Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case updates and documentation.
• Request, track, and review medical records, bills, and police reports.
• Coordinate with medical providers regarding treatment and outstanding liens.
• Prepare and submit demand packages to insurance carriers.
• Negotiate settlements under attorney supervision.
• Maintain accurate case files and case management records.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals throughout the case lifecycle.
✅ Requirements
• 2-3+ years of experience as a Case Manager in Personal Injury.
• Experience working with U.S. Personal Injury Law Firms (highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of the Pre-Litigation process.
• Experience requesting and reviewing medical records, bills, liens, and police reports.
• Experience preparing demand packages.
• Experience negotiating with insurance adjusters.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and track critical deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Advanced English and Portuguese (written and verbal).
