🇰🇪 Hiring: Virtual Nurse Customer Care Manager (Remote - Kenya)
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while coordinating healthcare operations behind the scenes? We're looking for a Virtual Nurse Customer Care Manager to become a key part of a growing U.S.-based Home Healthcare team, helping patients, families, caregivers, and clinical staff stay connected and supported every step of the way.
Requirements:
✅ 2+ years of experience in Home Care, Home Health, Healthcare Coordination, or Healthcare Operations
✅ RN, LPN, EMT, or equivalent healthcare certification
✅ Advanced English communication skills
✅ Experience working with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
✅ Strong scheduling, multitasking, and customer service skills
Preferred:
⭐ Home Care Scheduling experience
⭐ Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance
⭐ Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare organizations
In this role, you'll coordinate care services, manage caregiver schedules, support patients and families, and contribute to a high-quality healthcare experience that makes a real difference every day.
