Salesforce Technical Architect

Responsibilities
Translate complex business requirements into scalable and flexible Salesforce-centric architectures
Define and govern Salesforce architecture standards, integration strategies, and data models
Lead solutioning within Health Cloud instance focused on Service/Cases
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives
Design secure, multi-cloud, and multi-system integrations using API-led patterns (no middleware)
Design solutions for Omnistudio within Health Cloud – Integration Procedures, Omniscripts, FlexCards
Guide teams on Salesforce platform capabilities, data modeling, sharing and visibility architecture, and governor limits
Facilitate technical decision-making by evaluating trade-offs across design options and ensuring architectural alignment
Review solution designs and code to ensure compliance with architecture standards and Salesforce best practices
Mentor developers and technical leads across the project lifecycle
Support and participate in enterprise architecture forums and technology governance processes
Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of Salesforce experience with a focus on enterprise-grade solution design
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, metadata, APIs, and development model
Experience with Omnistudio components and design patterns, especially focused on repeatable components
Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations and overseeing multiple workstreams
Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and governor limits
Salesforce certifications including Application Architect and/or System Architect
Experience with modern enterprise architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture, layered design)
Expertise with CI/CD, DevOps tooling (e.g., Git, SFDX, Copado), and Agile delivery
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
Ability to travel up to 25% based on client location and engagement needs
The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $285,000 or the hourly equivalent.
