Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Remote Benefits Advisor to connect with individuals and families exploring benefit options. In this role, you’ll communicate directly with clients, learn about their needs, explain available options, assist with applications and enrollment, and maintain accurate client records. We’re looking for motivated, coachable individuals who communicate well, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities

Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
Respond to client questions in a timely manner
Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process
Maintain organized and accurate client records
Participate in daily training, coaching, and professional development
Qualifications
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to explain information clearly and confidently
Comfortable using basic computer systems and technology
Coachable, dependable, and motivated to grow
Previous experience is not required; training is provided
