Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting sales activities and customer relationships across assigned territories or accounts. Day-to-day tasks include managing inbound and outbound customer communications, preparing quotes and proposals, and assisting with contract and order processing. The Sales Associate collaborates closely with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, track leads, and maintain accurate records in CRM and sales reporting tools. The role also involves coordinating product information, resolving customer inquiries, and supporting presentations and virtual meetings. This position requires consistent follow-up, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication to help drive revenue growth and strengthen long-term customer partnerships.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead follow-up, account support, and negotiation assistance.

Candidates should possess analytical and organizational skills, including basic data analysis, CRM usage, and accurate documentation of sales activities.
Candidates should possess digital and remote work skills, such as proficiency with standard office software, online meeting tools, and remote collaboration platforms.
Relevant qualifications include prior experience in sales or customer support (preferably in industrial, automotive, or engineering-related sectors), a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent experience in a sales environment will also be considered.
