About The Role
HeinzBikes GmbH is seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic and professional team. This role is ideal for a creative individual who is passionate about visual communication and eager to contribute to a brand that values innovation and quality. As part of our team, you will be responsible for translating our brand vision into compelling visual content across various platforms and media. You will work closely with marketing and product development teams to create engaging designs that enhance our brand presence and support our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing multiple projects within tight deadlines. Your creative input will be instrumental in shaping our visual identity and engaging our target audience effectively.
Qualifications
Excellent proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail to produce visually appealing and precise designs.
Ability to independently interpret requirements and translate them into creative concepts.
Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently and efficiently.
Fluent in German at C2 level for complex technical discussions and documentation.
Basic knowledge of Premiere or Final Cut (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with Shopware platform (preferred but not mandatory).
Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive marketing plan in collaboration with a professional agency to align visual strategies with business objectives.
Create visual content for social media advertising and organic posts, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
Design digital media elements for the company website and online shop to enhance user experience and brand visibility.
Produce high-quality print materials such as catalogs, brochures, and magazine advertisements.
Design graphics, illustrations, and logos for various custom projects, ensuring they meet client specifications.
Develop and manage newsletters, including audience segmentation and content visualization to maximize outreach.
Conceptualize and visualize merchandise products, including clothing and accessories, to support marketing campaigns.
Create packaging designs for products and shipping boxes that reflect brand identity and appeal to customers.
Perform photo editing for product images and custom projects to ensure professional presentation.
Utilize advanced AI graphic tools like NANO Banana and others to enhance design workflows and creativity.
Produce realistic 3D renderings, including animations and videos, to showcase products and custom projects effectively.
Edit and produce video content for social media platforms, including Reels and short videos for Instagram and YouTube.
Assist in video editing and cutting for various content needs, ensuring high-quality output.
