This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Trading Operations Associate - Evenings & Weekends based in Canada .
This role supports a 24/7 Risk and Trading Operations function responsible for maintaining the reliability of online sports betting platforms.
You will help identify, document, troubleshoot, and escalate operational issues across trading, marketing, customer support, and related teams.
The position combines sports knowledge, technical troubleshooting, platform monitoring, testing, and operational quality control.
You will review betting content, monitor pre-game and in-play markets, and help verify sports and competition configurations across environments.
The role also involves compliance checks, market submissions, post-release testing, and coordination with external data providers.
Working across multiple functions, you will contribute directly to operational excellence and help ensure a consistent customer experience.
