Role Description The Human Resources Intern role is a full-time remote position supporting the HR team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with maintaining employee records, helping draft and update HR policies and documentation, and supporting onboarding and orientation activities. The intern will help coordinate employee benefits information, prepare HR-related reports, and contribute to the organization and tracking of personnel data. The role also involves participating in HR projects, conducting basic research on HR best practices, and supporting communication with employees and candidates. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in core HR functions and exposure to HR management within a consulting environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
Candidates should possess an understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including their role in compliance and employee engagement.
Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting HR administration.
Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Candidates should possess proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
