We are an international airport concierge company providing VIP Meet & Greet, airport assistance, fast-track, chauffeur and related services to customers worldwide.
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support & Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day customer and booking operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails and chat
Manage bookings, amendments and customer requests
Ensure bookings are properly confirmed and all required details are in place
Handle and resolve customer or operational issues quickly
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, support or operations
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Comfortable handling calls, emails and online systems
Responsible, organized and able to work independently
Experience in travel, aviation, hospitality or concierge services is a plus
What We Offer
