The Opportunity
We're hiring an AI Creative Production Assistant for a fast-growing mobile app marketing and performance advertising company — prototyping and building an AI creative agent pipeline that takes creative briefs through to final video output, using tools like Adobe Firefly and Flora AI.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
Agent Pipeline Development: Prototype and build an AI creative agent pipeline that takes creative briefs through to final video output.
AI Video Production: Produce AI-generated UGC-style video content (30- and 60-second CTV campaigns) using Adobe Firefly and Flora AI.
Storyboarding: Create storyboards with script lines and scene direction from AI-generated creative briefs.
Connector Development: Develop and test custom connectors using the Adobe SDK and Google Antigravity IDE.
Sprint Workflow: Work in sprint cycles with weekly milestone check-ins, delivering builds and iterations asynchronously.
Human-in-the-Loop QA: Serve as the human-in-the-loop reviewer — fine-tune and QA all AI-generated video outputs before approval.
Creative Presentation: Use Figma for creative layout, asset organization, and presentation of concepts to the team.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the in-house designer who owns static/image assets, taking ownership of the video side.
What You Bring
Adobe Firefly Experience: Hands-on experience with Adobe Firefly for AI video and image generation.
Figma Proficiency: Figma proficiency for storyboarding, layout, and creative presentation.
AI Video Tools: Familiarity with AI video generation tools (Flora, VO3, or comparable).
Cloud-Based IDEs: Comfortable working in cloud-based IDEs (Google Antigravity or similar).
Creative Judgment: Strong creative judgment — able to evaluate AI-generated output and refine it to brand standard.
Independent Execution: Proven ability to execute independently in a sprint/async-first environment.
Bonus Points if:
You have experience building or working alongside AI agents (Manus, Claude Code, Cowork, or similar agentic tools).
You understand performance marketing ad formats — UGC, TikTok/Instagram Reels, CTV.
You're familiar with the Adobe SDK for custom plugin or connector development.
You have background in or exposure to mobile ad analytics platforms (Sensor Tower, AdClarity).
