Junior Inbound Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities
RFQ & Inquiry Management: Promptly handle incoming Requests for Quotes (RFQs) received through multiple channels, including Email, WhatsApp, Call and live Chat Support.
Quotation Preparation: Understand diverse customer technical requirements to provide accurate product solutions, ensuring standard formats and rigorous quality guidelines are met.
Timeline Adherence: Prepare and share professional competitive quotations within strictly defined company timelines.
Lead Follow-up & Nurturing: Proactively follow up with international and domestic B2B customers via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into sales.
Order Processing: Generate accurate Quotation & Proforma Invoices (PI) immediately upon order confirmation and ensure compliance with standard company formats.
Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate closely with the Logistics, Accounts, Procurement and Warehouse teams to verify stock availability, estimate delivery timelines, and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Business Development Support: Arrange strategic client meetings and execute targeted cold calls to identify and acquire new business opportunities.
Commercial Negotiation: Confidently negotiate pricing, payment terms, and international delivery/logistics conditions with clients.
Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with global clients, serving as a reliable point of contact.
Issue Resolution: Professionally handle and resolve customer queries, technical doubts, and post-sales complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Compliance: Maintain meticulous daily records, update sales logs, generate performance reports, and strictly adhere to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience: 0 to 3 years of proven experience as an Inbound Sales Executive, or Sales Coordinator, preferably from an industrial, engineering, automation, or marine export industry.
Fresh Graduates with excellent written and verbal English communication skills can apply.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a Technical/Engineering stream.
Key Skills: Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, sales coordination, and documentation (Quotations, Proforma Invoices).
Familiarity or comfort with technical components (such as PLCs, Sensors, Motors, Drives, and automation spare parts) is a major plus.
Exceptional written and verbal professional communication skills.
Proficiency in handling multi-channel communication (Outlook/Gmail, CRM systems, business WhatsApp).
Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, high attention to detail, excellent time management, and a problem-solving mindset.
