Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for overseeing and optimizing Gleedew’s presence across major e-commerce marketplaces and platforms. This role includes managing product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, and catalog accuracy to drive sales and visibility. The Ecommerce Manager will monitor performance metrics, analyze consumer behavior, and implement strategies to improve conversion, average order value, and customer retention. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with marketing and sales teams on campaigns, coordinating with warehouse and operations for timely fulfillment, and ensuring brand consistency in all digital touch points. The role involves resolving platform-related issues, responding to marketplace requirements, and preparing regular performance reports for leadership.
Qualifications
Strong E-Commerce expertise with experience managing online marketplaces, product catalogs, pricing, and promotions.
Proven Sales and Marketing skills to drive revenue growth, execute campaigns, and optimize product positioning and visibility.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions for performance improvement.
Effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and coordination with external platform partners.
Experience in beauty, skincare, or personal care categories is preferred.
Proficiency in Excel or other analytics tools; familiarity with marketplace dashboards and reporting systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
