ARDEN is seeking an independent marketing and brand-growth contractor to help introduce the brand to new audiences, generate qualified storefront traffic, develop organic awareness, and produce attributable ecommerce sales.
This is an independent contractor opportunity designed for someone who understands fashion, ecommerce, social media, community-building, influencer/affiliate outreach, and creative organic marketing.
The Opportunity
You will independently develop and execute strategies designed to grow awareness and generate measurable sales for ARDEN.
Potential areas of opportunity include:
Organic social media distribution and audience development
Micro-influencer and creator outreach
Affiliate and brand partnership development
Community-based marketing
Fashion and lifestyle community outreach
Customer acquisition initiatives
Social commerce opportunities
Email/list-growth initiatives
Referral programs
Other independently developed growth strategies
ARDEN will provide access to approved brand assets, product information, promotional offers, and tracking tools as appropriate.
Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor engagement with no guaranteed salary or hourly compensation.
Commission is calculated from attributable net sales:
12% — first $2,499.99 in attributable monthly net sales
15% — $2,500–$4,999.99 in attributable monthly net sales
18% — $5,000+ in attributable monthly net sales
Commission attribution may include unique links, discount codes, campaigns, partnerships, or other documented sources agreed upon by ARDEN.
Net sales exclude refunds, returns, cancellations, chargebacks, sales taxes, and shipping charges.

Previous agency experience is not required. Demonstrable marketing ability, initiative, judgment, and an understanding of ecommerce matter more.
Contractor Structure
This is an independent contractor engagement, not an employment position.
The contractor:
Determines their own working hours and location
Determines the methods used to perform the services, subject to ARDEN brand, legal, and advertising requirements
Uses their own equipment and resources unless otherwise agreed
May provide services to other companies and clients
Is responsible for their own applicable taxes and business expenses
Is not entitled to employee benefits
