About The Role
We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to join SkillsCapital's dynamic team. This is a remote opportunity that allows you to work with a leading US MNC on high-impact projects that drive digital transformation for global clients. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in translating complex business needs into technical solutions that are scalable, reliable, and user-centric. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise applications, SaaS products, and AI-driven solutions. The role offers an immediate to four-week start window, providing an excellent opportunity for professionals eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst. You should have a proven track record of gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements, along with experience preparing essential documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are essential. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with proficiency in collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are vital to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and business leaders. A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
Elicit, define, and prioritize both functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products.
Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases to facilitate clear communication among teams.
Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions to ensure alignment and clarity.
Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle to support seamless delivery.
Support solution design, validate features, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and oversee production rollouts to ensure quality and adherence to requirements.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, generate business insights, and support decision-making processes.
Assist in change management activities, create process documentation, and develop training materials for end-users.
Ensure that delivered solutions align with business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope constraints.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
