Onboarding Operations Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Onboarding Operations Specialist based in Ireland.
As an Onboarding Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for employees joining organizations around the world.
You’ll manage the onboarding journey from documentation and verification through completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of service.
Working within a globally distributed EOR Operations team, you’ll collaborate closely with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, Payroll, and other cross-functional teams.
You’ll handle sensitive employee information while maintaining strong standards for data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
The role combines operational ownership, problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement.
You’ll also identify opportunities to streamline workflows and introduce automation that makes onboarding more scalable and efficient.
