What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an ERP Next Developer & Functional Expert with 4–6 years of relevant experience to take ownership of ERPNext development, implementation, technical operations, and user support. This is a full-time leadership position for a hands-on professional who can understand business requirements and convert them into practical ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ERP Next implementation and customization based on business requirements.
Develop and customize ERPNext applications using the Frappe Framework and Python.
Manage and troubleshoot the technical environment, including NGINX, Supervisor, Redis, Redis Cache, Redis Queue (RQ), and Redis Workers.
Manage source code, repositories, branching, and version control using Git/GitHub.
Follow best practices for code and technical documentation, ensuring development work and system changes are properly documented.
Handle technical product management, including understanding requirements, planning development work, and prioritising technical tasks.
Manage ERPNext deployment and related activities through Frappe Cloud.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs, system issues, and technical problems.
Provide training, guidance, and ongoing functional and technical support to ERPNext users.
Follow appropriate IT and data security practices for ERP systems and business data.
Use AI tools effectively for development, debugging, documentation, research, and productivity.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of ERPNext-related requirements and initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
4–6 years of relevant experience in ERPNext/Frappe development and implementation.
Strong hands-on knowledge of the Frappe Framework and Python.
Practical experience with NGINX, Supervisor, Redis, Redis Cache, Redis Queue (RQ), and Redis Workers.
Good working knowledge of Git/GitHub for source code and repository management.
Experience working with Frappe Cloud and ERPNext deployment environments.
Good understanding of ERP workflows, business processes, and functional requirements.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical ERPNext solutions.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in maintaining technical and code documentation.
Understanding of IT and data security practices.
Comfortable using AI tools as part of modern development and problem-solving.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
A hands-on, structured, and execution-oriented approach to work.
