Marketing Lead / Product Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a dual-track opening for two closely related marketing seats: a Founding Marketing Lead who will own and scale the full marketing engine end-to-end, and a Product Marketing Manager who will own positioning, launches, and sales enablement. Both roles sit at the heart of an early-stage AI voice platform serving B2C enterprises, and together they will define how a technically sophisticated product is communicated to the market.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define positioning, messaging, and storytelling that makes a complex technical product memorable and conversion-focused.
- Lead go-to-market launches for new products, features, segments, and markets including international expansion.
- Marketing Lead: own marketing strategy, budget, and KPIs; build a repeatable growth playbook across organic and paid channels; hire and scale the marketing team.
- Product Marketing: create sales decks, enablement materials, case studies, and video testimonials; own product messaging on the website; run competitive and market intelligence.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate marketing execution and inbound growth.
- Continuously test new channels and use data and pipeline impact to drive decisions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Marketing Lead: 4 or more years in growth or marketing with full functional ownership and meaningful budget responsibility, ideally as an early hire at an early-stage company.
- Product Marketing: 3 or more years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally at a startup or scaleup.
- Proven ability to simplify complex technical products into clear, compelling language.
- Strong academic background from a well-regarded university in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience that spans at least one early-stage startup plus meaningful time at a scaleup or established company.
- Early-career consulting or similarly rigorous analytical experience is a strong plus.
- Track record of building and leading a marketing team while staying hands-on operationally.
- Experience leading launches into new segments or international markets.
- Deep familiarity with AI and automation tools applied to marketing execution.
- Demonstrated 0-to-1 build and subsequent scale experience with repeatable growth playbooks.
- Refined taste, high agency, and a clear, trustworthy, visionary communication style.
- Native or fluent German and professional English are required for both roles.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: 75,000 to 120,000 EUR annually, depending on seniority and experience. Visa sponsorship is not available for these roles.
LOCATION
On-site, five days a week in Berlin, Germany.
