Job Title: Visual Merchandiser -Beauty
Work Experience:7-8 yrs
Role and Responsibilities
Creative Management and Premiumization– Lead and manage all Beauty VM creatives, ensuring alignment with brand and Shopper Stop design language. Develop innovative VM interventions to improve navigation, discovery, engagement and overall Beauty experience. Drive elevated VM solutions for premium and luxury beauty brands to enhance visibility and customer experience.
Beauty VM Calendar Planning – Create and manage the Beauty VM calendar aligned with launches, campaigns, festivals and business priorities.
Campaign Execution – Plan end-to-end VM execution of all Beauty campaigns, launches, promotions and seasonal programs with VM ops team.
Business Stakeholder Management – Work closely with Beauty Business, Marketing, Brand & Operations teams to translate business priorities into VM solutions.
SSBeauty– Lead VM planning and execution for all SSBeauty stores. Plan new store openings, ensuring timelines, brand guidelines and visual standards are met.
Brand Guidelines & Compliance – Ensure consistency of brand identity and VM standards across all Beauty brands and touchpoints.
Planogram & Space Management – Develop and implement planograms for PB and category layouts.
Vendor & Production Coordination – Coordinate with creative/production partners for development, fabrication and timely installation of VM assets.
Training, Store Audits & Governance – Monitor execution across stores, identify gaps and drive corrective actions to maintain VM standards. Train store and zonal teams on beauty guidelines and standards.
Performance & Commercial Focus – Partner with the business team to ensure VM supports visibility, new launches, category growth and sales objectives.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Design Graduate from NIFT/NID/Pearl/ Reputed Design college
Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and CorelDraw is essential.
