We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support the Sourcing and Product Development team. The intern will assist in vendor coordination, product development tracking, and TNA (Time & Action Calendar) follow-up to ensure timely execution of seasonal launches and business deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Support
Assist in vendor communication and follow-ups for samples, fabrics, trims, and approvals.
Maintain vendor master data and sourcing trackers.
Support the team in collecting quotations and comparing costs.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely sample submissions.
Product Development
Track development status of new products from concept to approval.
Follow up with design, buying, sourcing, and QA teams for milestone completion.
Maintain product development trackers and documentation.
Support sample management, approvals, and record keeping.
TNA (Time & Action Calendar) Follow-up
Monitor TNA adherence across categories and vendors.
Send regular updates and reminders to stakeholders on pending activities.
Highlight delays and escalate risks that may impact launch timelines.
Prepare weekly status reports and dashboards for review meetings.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare MIS reports and tracker updates.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Buying, Merchandising, QA, and Vendors.
Support data analysis related to sourcing and product development activities.
Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/Post Graduation in Fashion Management, Apparel Production, Textile Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or related disciplines.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and strong follow-up capability.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of garment manufacturing and sourcing processes.
Understanding of product development lifecycle and TNA management.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
