About the Role
We are looking for an AI/ML Developer with strong experience in Python, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and AWS to design and develop production-grade AI/ML applications.
You will work on AI solutions involving document understanding, summarization, information extraction, conversational assistants and intelligent automation, particularly for insurance-domain use cases.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain AI/ML applications using Python.
Build and integrate LLM/GenAI solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI or similar platforms.
Develop production-grade RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval and vector search.
Work with LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar LLM frameworks.
Implement prompt engineering, evaluation, hallucination mitigation and response optimization.
Develop REST APIs using FastAPI/Flask.
Deploy and maintain AI applications using AWS, Docker and containerized environments.
Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, ECS, ECR and SageMaker.
Work with relational/NoSQL/vector databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB and vector databases.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow Git-based development practices.
Troubleshoot and optimize AI applications for accuracy, latency, scalability and cost.
Work with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn and Hugging Face Transformers.
Implement AI agents, function/tool calling and intelligent automation where required.
Required Skills
3+ years of software development experience.
1+ year of hands-on experience in AI/ML/GenAI/LLM development.
Strong Python programming skills.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG and prompt engineering.
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
Practical experience with embeddings and vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Qdrant, Weaviate or OpenSearch.
Experience with FastAPI/Flask, Docker and REST APIs.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud deployment.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and Git.
Knowledge of PyTorch/TensorFlow/scikit-learn/Hugging Face Transformers.
Good debugging, problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
Preferred
Experience with AI agents, function calling and MCP.
Experience with document processing/OCR.
Experience with LLM evaluation tools such as RAGAS, LangSmith or MLflow.
Experience in the insurance/financial services domain.
