🚨 Hiring: Knowledge Management Manager | Legal Consulting
We are looking for an experienced Knowledge Management Manager to join a leading full-service law firm and drive knowledge strategy, legal knowledge systems, innovation, and AI-enabled KM initiatives.
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Experience: 8–12 Years
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Law
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the firm's Knowledge Management strategy aligned with business and practice-area priorities.
• Lead legal precedent, know-how, content governance, and knowledge repository initiatives.
• Partner with Partners, Practice Heads, lawyers, and business teams to identify knowledge gaps and deliver effective KM solutions.
• Manage and enhance KM platforms, document repositories, enterprise search, taxonomy, and metadata frameworks.
• Drive adoption of AI, Generative AI, legal technology, and automation to improve knowledge discovery and lawyer productivity.
• Establish governance standards and quality processes for legal knowledge assets.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to measure KM effectiveness and adoption.
• Lead KM training, knowledge-sharing, and change-management initiatives.
• Mentor team members and manage multiple strategic KM projects.
Ideal Candidate:
✔ 8–12 years of experience in Knowledge Management, preferably within a leading law firm or professional services organization.
✔ Strong understanding of legal KM, precedent management, legal research, content governance, and taxonomy.
✔ Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, iManage, enterprise search, or similar platforms.
✔ Exposure to AI/GenAI, legal technology, and automation tools.
✔ Strong stakeholder-management experience with Partners and Practice Heads.
✔ Excellent strategic thinking,communication, project/change management, and business acumen.
