Research Analyst

Role Description The Research Analyst role is a full-time remote position responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support client projects and internal decision-making. Daily activities include conducting market research, compiling and validating datasets, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, and generating insights on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior. The Research Analyst will prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate findings into practical recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. This role collaborates closely with consulting, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that research outputs align with business objectives and client needs. The position requires strong attention to detail, consistent documentation, and the ability to manage multiple research assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics to interpret data, identify patterns, and support evidence-based recommendations.
Candidates should possess Market Research and Research skills to design studies, gather relevant information, and evaluate industry, competitor, and customer data.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present complex findings clearly, create concise reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with spreadsheets, data analysis tools, or business intelligence platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with high accuracy.
Prior experience in consulting, outsourcing, or business support services is an advantage.
