Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality, coordination, documentation, and timely completion of assigned work.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction and site activities.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress.
Conduct quality checks and ensure construction standards are followed.
Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
Resolve technical and site-related issues.
Coordinate with the Civil Head and Project Manager.
Ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Follow all safety rules and site procedures.
Eligibility
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate.
Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
