Ouros Jewels is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior – Taxation & Finance to lead our complete Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Compliance, and Financial Planning functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, monthly/annual closing, and MIS.
• Manage end-to-end GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely tax filings, reconciliations, payments, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle tax assessments, notices, audits, and coordination with consultants.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and working capital management.
• Analyze financial performance, profitability, costs, and business variances.
• Establish strong financial controls, processes, and compliance systems.
• Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors, banks, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
• Provide accurate financial insights and reports to senior management for business decision-making.
• Identify financial risks, control gaps, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Ensure complete accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of financial information.
Candidate Profile
✔ 8+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Taxation & Accounts
✔ Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation, GST, TDS & statutory compliance
✔ Strong experience in financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, forecasting & cash flow
✔ Experience in team leadership and finance function management
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
✔ Proficiency in ERP/Accounting software and advanced Excel
✔ Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
✔ CA / CMA / equivalent qualification preferred
✔ Experience in Jewellery, Retail, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Export, or International Business will be an advantage
✔ Knowledge of international accounting, taxation, foreign currency transactions, and cross-border compliance will be an added advantage
