This is a senior systems engineering opportunity focused on integrating and verifying advanced autonomous flight systems in a safety-critical aerospace environment. You will own the development of test plans, procedures, and test cases that validate mission autonomy capabilities against system and subsystem requirements. The role combines hands-on integration and verification with requirements engineering, test facility assessment, and cross-functional technical leadership. You will work closely with software, hardware, safety, systems, and external engineering stakeholders to ensure testing is rigorous, traceable, and aligned with program schedules. The position offers significant ownership within a small, agile engineering environment where new product development and rapid iteration are central to the work. You will help advance autonomous aviation technology while maintaining a strong focus on safety, reliability, and certification readiness.
