Role Description The Management Intern role at OURA is a remote internship focused on supporting day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities may include assisting with project management, coordinating between cross-functional teams, tracking tasks and timelines, and preparing reports or presentations for leadership. The intern will help gather and analyze data related to sales, marketing, supply chain, or customer experience, and contribute to process improvements. The role may also involve researching market trends, documenting workflows, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects. Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of business or management principles, with the ability to understand workflows, priorities, and basic performance metrics.
