We are acting on behalf of our client; they are seeking Head Procurement. Below is the detailed job description
Position: Head Research and Development
Client:
A leading technology company primarily focused on Managed Services, Office Automation Products, Retail Billing Solutions and Digital Workflow solutions. In the year 1988 it originally started as an extended arm of large Indian IT Conglomerate. Subsequently it transformed into an independent listed company on the Bombay stock exchange.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Lead and manage R&D team for embedded hardware and software development
· Drive end to end New product development.
· To ensure timely delivery, cost optimization.
· Prepare and review New product release notes
· Ensure compliance with required standards and regulatory requirements.
· Coordinate BIS certification activities for new products.
· Support implementation of ISO9001 , ISO14001 & ISO27001 management systems and ensure audit readiness.
· Strong experience in managing R&D team and multiple development projects
· Drive innovation, technology evaluation and continuous product development.
Specific Skills
Product development with at least 5 years in team lead role
Educational Requirements
B-Tech or M-Tech in Electronics and communication
