The ideal candidate will lead and execute outbound GTM campaigns for B2B clients, using Claude Code to build and automate lead-generation, campaign, and reporting workflows. This candidate should have hands-on agency or consultancy experience managing campaigns across multiple clients and be highly proficient with Claude Code.
Responsibilities
Build and manage lead-generation and outbound campaign systems end-to-end
Identify and leverage relevant GTM signals to generate qualified leads
Build TAMs, enrich and verify data, and maintain data quality
Manage campaign execution, deliverability, and performance
Build API-driven automations using tools such as Instantly, SalesRobot, ZoomInfo, Attio, and similar platforms
Use Claude Code to build and improve GTM workflows and pipelines
Diagnose campaign and deliverability issues and implement solutions
Prepare clear, accurate client-facing reports and communicate campaign performance
Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on outbound/GTM campaign experience across multiple clients, preferably in an agency or consultancy environment
Strong, daily working proficiency with Claude Code
Proven experience building and executing live outbound campaigns
Strong understanding of lead generation, data enrichment, verification, and email deliverability
Ability to critically assess data and identify errors before campaigns go live
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Python, REST APIs, or browser automation is a plus
Goal-oriented and highly detail-focused
Compensation $1,200–$3,000/month
