About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Company Description Klimber Technologies is an AI and cloud engineering firm, recognized by the Government of India as an AI startup and backed by over 20 years of Fortune 500 delivery experience. The company holds a granted Generative AI patent and builds both its own AI products and custom solutions for clients, allowing each capability to strengthen the other. Klimber’s flagship product, Turn3, serves as a system of record for AI quality, helping organizations ensure reliability and performance in production AI. The team partners with enterprises and ISVs to design and implement production-grade AI using open technology stacks, with a strong commitment to data ownership and avoiding vendor lock-in.
Turn3 Turn3 finds the turn where an AI agent broke, before the customer does. It reconstructs multi-turn agent sessions from OpenTelemetry data, judges whether the user's actual goal was met, clusters failures into tracked issues, and gates CI so a fixed bug can't ship twice. Turnguard, its inline guardrail layer, blocks contradictions and leaks in the live request path in under 200ms. Turn3 runs natively across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, and Snowflake, with no proprietary SDK required.
We're hiring the first (or next) enterprise seller to take this into the accounts that need it most: organizations running conversational and agentic AI in production, where a silent failure has real cost.
Role Description The Enterprise Account Executive role is a remote, contract position focused on driving revenue growth for Klimber Technologies’ AI and cloud solutions, including the Turn3 platform. In this role, the Enterprise Account Executive will identify and qualify enterprise prospects, manage a pipeline of opportunities, and lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting discovery meetings, understanding client needs, positioning Klimber’s offerings through consultative selling, and collaborating with technical teams to shape tailored solutions. The role also involves maintaining strong account relationships, providing ongoing support to key stakeholders, and contributing feedback on market trends and customer requirements to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
This role fits someone who has sold into the AI/data infrastructure buyer before — not a generalist SaaS closer learning the space from scratch. Strong fits include people who have carried quota at, or sold heavily into the ecosystems of:
Cloud hyperscalers or their AI/ML product lines — Azure AI/Foundry, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Google Vertex AI (field sales, partner sales, or ISV/marketplace teams)
Databricks or Snowflake — direct sales, partner sales, or solutions engineering roles with an existing account/partner network in their ecosystems
MLOps / LLMOps / AI observability vendors — companies like Arize, Fiddler, WhyLabs, Galileo, Weights & Biases, LangSmith/LangChain, Datadog (AI/ML monitoring lines) — anyone who has sold "AI quality," evaluation, or observability tooling into engineering and platform buyers
Enterprise AI consulting or SI firms — sellers with an existing book of enterprise clients mid-way through agentic AI deployments who need governance and quality tooling to go to production
Vector database, RAG, or agent-framework vendors — adjacent technical sellers with warm relationships among teams building production agents
What you will do
Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Turn3 — prospecting through close — for mid-market and enterprise accounts running production AI agents.
Build and work a pipeline of teams already deployed on Azure OpenAI/Foundry, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Google Vertex, Databricks Agent Bricks, or Snowflake Cortex AI — Turn3's native integration points.
Translate a technical, session-native product into a business case for VPs of Engineering, Heads of AI/ML Platform, CTOs, and Chief Data Officers.
Run and coordinate technical proof-of-concepts with Turn3's engineering team, showing a prospect their own broken sessions inside 20 minutes of connecting telemetry.
Develop channel relationships with hyperscaler partner teams and data-platform ISV ecosystems (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP marketplaces) to generate co-sell and marketplace-sourced pipeline.
Work closely with Klimber's founders and engineering team to shape pricing, packaging, and enterprise contract terms (self-host, SSO/audit, Turnguard bundling).
Represent Turn3 at AI/data platform events, partner summits, and industry forums where buyers for this category actually show up.
