Compensation: $140K–$280K+ DOE
We’re working with a Top 70 CPA firm that is continuing to grow its tax practice and is looking to add experienced Tax Managers, Senior Tax Managers and Tax Directors on a fully remote basis.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to continue working with complex privately held businesses and their owners while getting significant exposure to tax planning, consulting and client advisory work - not just compliance.
The firm works with partnerships, S-Corps, closely held businesses, real estate partnerships, HNW business owners and other complex pass-through structures. There are opportunities at multiple levels depending on experience, technical background and current responsibilities.
Requirements
5+ years of public accounting tax experience
CPA required for Senior Manager / Director-level consideration
Strong experience with partnerships, S-Corps, pass-through entities and/or closely held businesses
Experience reviewing complex tax returns
Experience managing client relationships and engagements
Ability to mentor and develop junior staff
Tax planning and advisory experience preferred
The Role
Depending On Level, Responsibilities May Include
Review partnership, S-Corp and individual tax returns
Lead tax planning and consulting projects
Advise privately held businesses and business owners
Manage client relationships and tax engagements
Review work and provide technical guidance to staff
Mentor and develop junior team members
Work directly with Partners and other firm leadership

Compensation
Compensation will depend on experience and level:
Tax Manager: $140K–$170K+
Senior Tax Manager: $160K–$210K+
Tax Director: $220K–$280K+
