Role Description
The Vice President Information Technology is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the overall technology vision, strategy, and execution for Alternative Capital Partners. This role oversees IT operations, infrastructure, security, and applications to ensure reliability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. The Vice President collaborates with executive leadership to develop and implement IT strategies that support organizational growth, digital transformation, and workforce solutions delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing IT teams and vendors, prioritizing and overseeing technology projects, establishing governance and best practices, and monitoring performance and risk. The role also involves evaluating emerging technologies, optimizing systems and processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Technology, including enterprise systems, infrastructure, security, and cloud solutions.
Demonstrated IT Management experience leading cross-functional teams, vendors, and technology initiatives.
Proven ability to develop and execute IT Strategy aligned with business goals and digital transformation objectives.
Experience in Project Management, including planning, prioritizing, and delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
Expertise in Strategic Planning, with a focus on long-term technology roadmaps, risk management, and organizational scalability.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive leadership.
Background in staffing, recruitment, or professional services industries is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
