Role Description The Vice President Information Technology is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing ACP’s overall technology vision, infrastructure, and digital initiatives. This role leads the IT organization, ensuring systems, applications, and security frameworks effectively support business objectives and operational efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing IT strategy, managing technology projects and budgets, and aligning systems and data with organizational priorities. The Vice President Information Technology collaborates with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation, optimize technology investments, and mitigate risk. The role also includes vendor management, governance of IT policies and standards, and continuous improvement of technology processes and performance.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Technology, including enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud-based solutions.
Demonstrated IT Management experience leading high-performing teams, managing vendors, and overseeing technology operations and budgets.
Proven ability to develop and execute IT Strategy aligned with business goals, including digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
Project Management skills with experience planning, prioritizing, and delivering complex technology projects on time and within scope.
Strategic Planning capabilities, including long-term technology roadmapping, risk management, and change management.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience in professional services, staffing, or related industries is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are beneficial.
