Role Description
The Vice President Information Technology is a full-time remote role responsible for leading ACP’s overall technology vision, strategy, and execution. This role oversees IT operations and infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable systems that support staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing IT teams, managing technology projects and budgets, and aligning IT initiatives with business objectives and growth plans. The Vice President Information Technology will evaluate and implement new technologies, drive digital transformation, and establish policies for data security, compliance, and risk management. Collaboration with executive leadership and key stakeholders is essential to optimize technology investments, enhance user experience, and support organizational performance.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Technology, with experience managing enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure.
Demonstrated IT Management skills, including team leadership, vendor management, budgeting, and operational oversight.
Proven ability to develop and execute IT Strategy that supports business goals, innovation, and digital transformation.
Project Management experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from planning through delivery.
Strategic Planning capabilities to align technology roadmaps with organizational priorities and long-term growth.
Experience with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in a services or staffing environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Track record of working effectively in remote or distributed teams, with strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are beneficial.
