We blend finance, tech, and e-commerce expertise to deliver seamless account management, reconciliation, and compliance for high-velocity digital businesses across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels.
Role & Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end financial operations for 10+ e-commerce accounts spanning Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and private-label platforms.
Manage daily P&L tracking, revenue reconciliation, platform fee analysis, and chargeback resolution with accuracy and speed.
Prepare and present weekly & monthly financial dashboards to leadership with actionable insights on margin trends, fee optimization, and cash flow forecasting.
Ensure GST compliance, TDS filing, and platform-specific tax reporting with zero errors and on-time submissions.
Partner with operations and supply chain to sync inventory valuation, COGS calculations, and working capital controls.
Automate repetitive tasks using Excel VBA or tools like Zapier to reduce manual effort by 30%+ and improve data integrity.
