HR Intern

Role Summary:
We are looking for a passionate HR Intern. This internship is a Learning Opportunity and designed to help people become freelance recruiters.
The Intern will be engaged with our global Talent Community learning and conducting recruitment and headhunting.
• The role is 6 months long.
• There is no associated stipend with this internship.
• A total of 6-10 work hours per week are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Post and manage job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Participate in other HR-related projects and tasks as required by the team.
Qualifications
• Interest or Exposure to HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple recruitment processes.
• A Learning Mindset.
