Role Description The Vice President of Professional Services is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and expanding the organization’s professional services and training offerings. This role oversees the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of consulting engagements, training programs, and implementation services for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing service delivery teams, defining service standards, coordinating project portfolios, and ensuring high-quality client experiences. The Vice President collaborates with sales, product, and training leaders to align services with business objectives, support revenue growth, and develop scalable processes. The role also involves mentoring team members, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving operational excellence across all professional services activities.
Qualifications
Professional Services and Consulting skills to lead client engagements, define service offerings, and ensure strong client relationships.
Business Process Improvement expertise to design, refine, and optimize workflows, methodologies, and operational practices.
Project Management capabilities to oversee multiple initiatives, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Training experience to develop, deliver, and improve structured training programs for clients and internal teams.
Proven leadership experience in a professional services or consulting environment, preferably within technology, healthcare, or dental industries.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business goals into executable plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executive stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment, managing teams and clients across multiple locations.
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is beneficial.
