Role Description The Senior Vice President (SVP) is a full-time, remote executive role responsible for leading strategic growth, operations, and business development for SG | Exocad Certified Training Center. This role oversees long-term vision, market positioning, and partnerships, ensuring the training center remains a trusted leader in Exocad education and digital dentistry. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and executing strategic plans, guiding senior managers, monitoring key performance indicators, and aligning resources with organizational goals. The SVP will collaborate with internal teams to enhance training programs, improve client experience, and drive revenue growth through new service offerings and geographic expansion. The role also involves representing the organization in industry forums, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, team leadership, and organizational development.
Business development and partnership skills, including client relationship management, contract negotiation, and market expansion.
Operational and financial management skills, such as budgeting, performance tracking, and process optimization.
Experience or strong interest in digital dentistry, dental technology, or healthcare education, with the ability to understand technical training needs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and represent the organization in professional settings.
Proven experience in a senior executive role, preferably in healthcare, education, or technology-driven organizations.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage distributed teams, and use digital collaboration tools.
Relevant bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field is preferred.
