About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our Payments Products development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying innovative software solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies such as generative AI and modern integration patterns. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our platform capabilities, supporting AI-driven features, and ensuring seamless integration across various systems. The role requires a proactive mindset, quick adaptation to new ideas, and the ability to evaluate emerging technologies for their potential to advance our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Operations, Cybersecurity, and DevOps—to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our global clients and partners.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree or over three years of relevant professional experience. Expert-level proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and NodeJS is essential, with additional skills in C++ and C# considered advantageous. Experience in building Generative AI applications, conversational AI, RAG architectures, and related libraries is highly desirable. Candidates should have a solid understanding of application security, cryptography fundamentals, and NLP techniques, including tokenization and word embeddings. Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn is required, along with knowledge of model compression, transfer learning, and MLOps practices. Front-end development skills with ReactJS, Angular, or NodeJS, along with experience handling large datasets and performing exploratory data analysis, will be beneficial. Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies continuously and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions utilizing generative AI and modern integration patterns to enhance platform capabilities.
Support the implementation, evaluation, fine-tuning, and deployment of AI components within enterprise applications, ensuring robustness and operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Operations, Cybersecurity, and DevOps—to develop comprehensive solutions aligned with business goals.
Contribute to API design and development to facilitate seamless integration of payment products and services across various platforms.
Adhere to industry best practices for software development, emphasizing quality, security, performance, scalability, and resilience.
Automate development, testing, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce technical debt.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging trends and technologies, sharing insights with team members to foster collective growth.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to AI models, APIs, and system integrations.
