ABOUT THE ROLE
Psalm’s Wings Holdings is seeking an experienced, highly capable and innovative Head of IT, Digital Platforms & Creative Technology to lead the Group’s technology, digital infrastructure and creative technology operations.
This is not a conventional IT support position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the Group’s IT, web development, digital platforms, graphics, motion graphics and technology teams, ensuring that Psalm’s Wings maintains a professional, secure, innovative and internationally competitive digital presence.
We are looking for someone who can lead people, build systems, solve complex technical problems and personally understand the technical and creative work being delivered by their teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong professional experience in IT and technology leadership, while also possessing practical knowledge of web development, digital platforms, graphics design and motion graphics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. GROUP IT LEADERSHIP
Lead the Group's overall Information Technology function.
Develop and implement the Group's IT strategy.
Establish appropriate IT policies, procedures and standards.
Manage the Group's technology infrastructure, systems and platforms.
Ensure reliable and efficient technology operations across the Group.
Recommend technology solutions that improve productivity and business performance.
Manage technology vendors, developers and external service providers.
Develop IT budgets and technology investment recommendations.
2. DIGITAL PLATFORMS & WEBSITE
Take overall responsibility for the Group's digital platforms, including:
Corporate websites.
Subsidiary websites.
Internal digital platforms.
Online forms and systems.
Email systems.
Domains and hosting.
Business productivity platforms.
Digital integrations and APIs.
Website security, maintenance and performance.
Website updates and technical improvements.
The successful candidate should understand modern web development and deployment, even where specialist developers are working under them.
3. WEB DEVELOPMENT TEAM
Lead and supervise the Group's Web Development Team.
Responsibilities include:
Assigning development projects.
Reviewing technical architecture.
Monitoring development quality.
Reviewing websites before publication.
Managing updates and maintenance.
Ensuring responsive and mobile-friendly design.
Coordinating frontend and backend development.
Managing databases and integrations where applicable.
Ensuring appropriate documentation of systems.
Establishing development standards and version-control practices.
4. GRAPHICS & MOTION GRAPHICS TEAM
The Head of IT will also provide strategic and technical leadership to the Graphics Design and Motion Graphics Team.
The successful candidate should therefore understand:
Graphic design principles.
Corporate branding.
Motion graphics.
Video editing workflows.
Digital advertising creatives.
Social media creative production.
Animation.
Typography and visual communication.
Professional design software and creative workflows.
They will supervise the team rather than necessarily producing every creative asset personally.
However, the ability to understand, review and professionally critique graphics, motion graphics and video work is essential.
5. CYBERSECURITY & DATA PROTECTION
Establish appropriate cybersecurity practices across the Group.
Protect company systems, accounts and digital assets.
Manage access controls and user permissions.
Establish backup and recovery procedures.
Monitor security risks and vulnerabilities.
Support compliance with applicable data protection requirements.
Work with management and legal/compliance teams on technology-related risks.
Establish procedures for incident response.
6. GROUP DIGITAL SECURITY
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that appropriate security measures are implemented for:
Company email accounts.
Social media accounts.
Websites.
Cloud systems.
Administrative platforms.
Databases.
Company devices.
Digital files.
Employee access.
Password and authentication systems.
7. TEAM LEADERSHIP
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate:
IT personnel.
Web developers.
Graphics designers.
Motion graphics designers.
Digital technology personnel.
External technical contractors where applicable.
They will be expected to establish clear workflows, deadlines, reporting structures and performance standards.
8. TECHNOLOGY FOR BUSINESS GROWTH
The role is not limited to maintaining existing systems.
The successful candidate is expected to identify opportunities where technology can help Psalm’s Wings:
Reduce operational costs.
Improve customer experience.
Automate repetitive processes.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a strongly experienced professional, preferably with 7–10+ years of relevant professional experience, including meaningful leadership responsibility.
Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience in several of the following:
IT management.
Technology leadership.
Systems administration.
Web development.
Digital platforms.
Cybersecurity.
Cloud systems.
Website management.
Software/project management.
Graphics design.
Motion graphics.
Digital media technology.
Creative technology management.
Candidates with experience managing multi-disciplinary technology and creative teams will be strongly preferred.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
The candidate should have strong knowledge of relevant technologies and be comfortable working with or supervising professionals using technologies such as:
HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
Modern web frameworks.
CMS platforms.
Databases.
APIs and integrations.
Cloud services.
Hosting and domain management.
Git/version control.
Cybersecurity tools.
Business productivity systems.
Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent.
Photoshop.
Illustrator.
After Effects.
Premiere Pro or equivalent video-editing software.
Motion graphics and animation workflows.
The company does not require the candidate to be the best specialist in every technology listed. However, they must possess sufficient technical understanding to lead specialists, evaluate their work and make sound technology decisions.

CONTRACT-TO-REMUNERATION STRUCTURE
This is currently a Contract / Pre-Investment Leadership Position.
Psalm’s Wings Holdings is presently in its building and investment stage. Accordingly, the successful candidate will initially serve under the agreed contract/pre-investment arrangement.
Full remuneration and applicable executive benefits will commence upon the organisation's successful investment/funding phase, in accordance with the final terms contained in the candidate's appointment documentation.
Candidates must therefore understand this structure before applying.
This position is intended for an individual who is interested in building a serious technology and digital infrastructure from the ground up, rather than someone seeking only an immediate salaried position.
