Role Description The Executive Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership at Rajendra Law Office LLP. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chennai and involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and coordinating daily activities to ensure efficient time management. The position includes handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, maintaining files and records, and assisting with basic legal and office-related administrative tasks as needed. The Executive Personal Assistant will also act as a key communication link, liaising with internal teams, clients, and external partners, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting senior leaders or partners.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional client interaction.
Proficient Diary Management capabilities, including scheduling, prioritizing appointments, and managing deadlines.
Solid Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, record keeping, filing, and basic office administration.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and exercise sound judgment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Comfort with office productivity tools (email, calendar applications, word processing, spreadsheets).
Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is an advantage.
Relevant diploma or degree in administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
