Role Description The Marketing Manager role at Skybyte Developers is a full-time, on-site position based in Sonipat. The Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential projects, manage branding initiatives, and coordinate promotional activities across online and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, overseeing social media and digital presence, organizing events and site promotions, and collaborating with sales teams to generate qualified leads. The role also involves analyzing market trends, monitoring campaign performance, reporting on key metrics, and ensuring consistent communication of the company’s value proposition. The Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership to strengthen the brand and support business growth in the local and regional real estate market.
Qualifications
Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management.
Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation for real estate or related sectors.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and use data to optimize marketing efforts.
Proficiency in basic design tools or coordination with creative agencies for marketing materials.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and support lead generation activities.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in real estate marketing or property development is an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Sonipat and engaging with customers, partners, and community stakeholders.
