AI Trainer

We are looking for detail-oriented AI Trainers to support the training and improvement of AI models. This is a suitable opportunity for freshers who are comfortable working with text, data, guidelines, and AI-generated content. The role involves reviewing AI responses, labeling data, identifying errors, and providing clear feedback to help improve model quality.
Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and quality.
Perform data annotation, labeling, categorization, and content review tasks.
Identify factual errors, incomplete answers, inconsistencies, and guideline violations.
Compare multiple AI responses and select the most appropriate output.
Provide clear written feedback and corrections where required.
Follow detailed project guidelines and maintain high accuracy.
Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines.
Adapt to changing project requirements and updated guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality and data quality standards.
Requirements:
Fresher / 0-1 year of experience.
Graduate or final-year student in any relevant discipline.
Strong English comprehension and written communication skills.
Good attention to detail and analytical ability.
Comfortable using computers, online tools, and AI applications.
Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions.
Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
