Role
We are looking for an experienced CRM Implementation & Business Automation Specialist who can understand client business processes and independently design, implement and manage CRM and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure Bitrix24, Salesforce and other CRM platforms
Design sales pipelines, workflows and business automation
Automate lead allocation, follow-ups, reminders and customer communication
Integrate CRM with WhatsApp, websites, email, telephony and digital marketing leads
Work with APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations
Create dashboards, reports and management analytics
Handle data migration and CRM setup
Conduct client training and provide technical support
Manage CRM implementation projects from requirement gathering to deployment
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on CRM implementation experience is mandatory.
Strong experience with Bitrix24 and/or Salesforce is preferred. Experience with Zoho, HubSpot, Odoo, Make, Zapier, n8n, APIs and WhatsApp Business API will be an added advantage.
The candidate should have strong client communication, problem-solving, business process mapping and technical implementation skills.
Starting Salary: ₹50,000 per month
Higher compensation can be considered for candidates with advanced Bitrix24/Salesforce implementation and integration expertise.
This is a full-time, on-site position at Newtown, Kolkata.
