Vice President Operations

Role Description The Vice President Operations at AlphaConsult Group is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance across the organization. This position leads operational planning, establishes performance metrics, and ensures processes are optimized for efficiency, quality, and scalability. The role involves managing cross-functional projects, aligning operations with strategic business objectives, and collaborating closely with finance, sales, and customer-facing teams to support sustainable growth. The Vice President Operations will review and manage P&L performance, monitor key operational indicators, and implement corrective action plans as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing operations teams, improving workflows and systems, maintaining high standards of customer service delivery, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, performance measurement, and team leadership.
Candidates should possess P&L Management skills, with experience in budget oversight, cost control, and financial performance analysis.
Candidates should possess Customer Service management skills, ensuring service quality, client satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Candidates should possess Strategic Planning skills, including setting operational priorities, aligning with business goals, and driving long-term initiatives.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex cross-functional projects on time and within scope.
Experience leading remote or distributed teams and working effectively in a virtual environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with strong data-driven judgment.
Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven leadership experience in an operations or similar executive role; consulting or professional services background is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
