Vice President of Strategy

Role Description The Vice President of Strategy at AlphaConsult Group is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the development, execution, and monitoring of the firm’s strategic initiatives. This role oversees market and competitive analyses, identifies growth opportunities, and translates insights into clear strategic roadmaps for internal teams and clients. The Vice President of Strategy collaborates with executive leadership, consulting teams, and functional partners to align business objectives, prioritize investments, and measure performance against key metrics. Day-to-day work includes guiding strategic projects, reviewing financial and operational data, presenting recommendations to stakeholders, and ensuring effective implementation of digital and business transformation strategies. The role also involves mentoring team members, refining methodologies, and contributing to thought leadership and business development activities.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in strategic planning and long-term roadmap development, including setting objectives, defining initiatives, and establishing performance indicators.
Experience in consulting, with a track record of advising clients, managing engagements, and delivering strategic recommendations.
Solid understanding of finance, including budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions.
Expertise in digital strategy, including digital transformation, technology-enabled business models, and data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders in a remote or distributed environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar strategic leadership role.
