Role Description This is a volunteer, hybrid role based in Mathura, with some tasks that can be completed from home. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with food, clothing, and education material distribution events; supporting animal welfare activities such as care, outreach, or awareness campaigns; and helping organize and coordinate social welfare initiatives. Volunteers may also contribute to basic administrative work, community outreach, and communication with beneficiaries and partner organizations. Remote tasks can include maintaining records, creating simple awareness content, coordinating schedules, or supporting social media and phone-based outreach.

Commitment to social welfare, animal welfare, and supporting people in need.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to interact respectfully with diverse communities.
Basic organizational and time-management skills to support events and distributions.
Willingness to perform fieldwork in Mathura and handle physical tasks such as packing and distributing supplies.
Comfort with basic digital tools (phone, messaging apps, and simple online forms) for hybrid and remote coordination.
Reliability, integrity, and ability to collaborate as part of a volunteer team.
Prior experience in community service or NGO work is helpful but not required; training and guidance can be provided.
