About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the user experience and interface design of our cutting-edge AI-powered Talent Intelligence platform, which services clients across multiple continents. This internship is not routine; it involves close collaboration with founders, product leaders, engineers, customers, and business stakeholders to craft intuitive workflows, user journeys, dashboards, customer portals, and AI-driven product experiences.
From day one, you will gain invaluable exposure to the lifecycle of modern SaaS and AI-powered products—from research and design to testing and iterative improvement based on customer feedback and product analytics. You will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities, ownership of design projects, and opportunities to directly impact the user experience for a global customer base. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about understanding user behavior, solving complex problems, and creating innovative, user-centric designs that deliver measurable value.
In this role, you will actively participate in product discussions, contribute to the evolution of our design system, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless implementation of your designs. Your work will directly influence how users interact with our platform, making a tangible impact on our product’s success and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a final-year student, recent graduate, or early-career professional with a strong interest in UI/UX and product design. You should have experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms. A keen curiosity about user behavior, product experiences, and design thinking is essential. Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for technology, AI, SaaS products, and digital experiences are highly valued.
While portfolio projects, personal design work, freelance assignments, hackathons, academic projects, or startup experience are advantageous, they are not mandatory. The candidate should be receptive to feedback, adaptable, and eager to learn and iterate quickly. An interest in building a career in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or Customer Experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces across web applications, dashboards, customer portals, and platform workflows.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new and existing product features.
Collaborate closely with founders, product teams, engineers, and users to understand business requirements and customer needs.
Conduct user research, usability studies, competitive analysis, and feedback reviews to identify design opportunities.
Enhance customer journeys and optimize experiences across multiple touchpoints to improve usability and engagement.
Design workflows and experiences that simplify complex user interactions and improve overall user satisfaction.
Contribute to the development and refinement of the platform's design system, visual language, and UX standards.
Work with engineering teams to ensure accurate translation of designs into functional products.
Create and maintain reusable design components and UI patterns for consistency and efficiency.
Analyze user behavior, engagement trends, and feedback to inform iterative design improvements.
Participate in product discussions, design reviews, and feature planning sessions to provide user-centered insights.
Support product demonstrations and customer feedback sessions by effectively communicating design decisions and UX enhancements.
