Role Description The Tendering Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for leading and managing end-to-end tender activities across infrastructure and industrial sectors. The role involves identifying relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, PSU, and other portals, analyzing tender documents, and preparing compliant technical and commercial bids. The Tendering Manager will coordinate with internal teams for pricing, resource planning, and project execution inputs, ensuring that proposals align with company capabilities and client requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing tender documentation, tracking submission timelines, maintaining tender records, and supporting negotiations with clients and partners. The Tendering Manager will also contribute to improving tender processes, monitoring market trends, and supporting business development efforts to enhance win rates and long-term contracts.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Tender Management and Tender Preparation, including document analysis, bid drafting, and compliance review.
Candidates should possess solid Procurement-related skills, such as vendor coordination, cost estimation, and sourcing of materials and services.
Candidates should possess Sales-oriented skills, including client relationship management, proposal presentation, and negotiation support.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and monitoring of tender-related milestones.
Relevant experience in infrastructure, construction, Oil & Gas, power, or related sectors, preferably in tendering or contracts management.
Strong analytical, numerical, and MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with familiarity in working on online tendering portals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to prepare clear technical and commercial documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification or certification in procurement or project management is
