We're a fast-growing creative technology and digital marketing agency based in Jaipur, working with D2C, e-commerce, and B2B brands across fashion, skincare, lifestyle, and FMCG.
As we scale, we're building our internal team — and we need a passionate HR Intern who can help us hire the right people and keep things running smoothly from our Jaipur office.
📋 Role: HR Intern
📍 Location: Gopalpura Mode, Tonk Road, Jaipur (On-Site)
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 Duration: 2 Months
💰 Stipend: ₹5,000 / month
🚀 Post Internship (PPO): ~₹20,000 / month (Performance-based)
What You'll Do
✅ End-to-end hiring — posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
✅ Sending offer letters, joining letters & onboarding documents
✅ Maintaining HR records — attendance, leave & documentation
✅ Coordinating between departments for hiring requirements
✅ Supporting day-to-day HR operations and admin tasks
✅ Helping build SOPs and HR processes from scratch
Who Should Apply
🎓 BBA / MBA with HR specialisation (Pursuing or Completed)
💬 Good communication in Hindi & English
📊 Comfortable with LinkedIn, Excel / Sheets & WhatsApp
📍 Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate
