🚨 WE’RE HIRING | CNC VMC PROGRAMMER
Shyam Ji Engineering Works | Bawana, Delhi
Shyam Ji Engineering Works is looking for an experienced CNC VMC Programmer to join our Mould Manufacturing & Tool Room team.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop CNC VMC programs for plastic injection mould components
• Prepare machining programs for Core, Cavity, Inserts, Electrodes, Sliders, Lifters & Mould Plates
• Read and interpret 2D engineering drawings and 3D mould models
• Develop efficient tool paths for roughing, semi-finishing and finishing operations
• Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters
• Calculate and maintain required machining allowances
• Optimize programs for accuracy, surface finish, tool life and machining time
• Make necessary program modifications and corrections based on machining requirements
• Coordinate with CNC operators, Tool Room, EDM, Fitting, Quality and Design teams
• Ensure programs meet required dimensions, tolerances and mould specifications
🎯 Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC VMC programming
• Strong experience in plastic injection mould / tool & die programming preferred
• Excellent knowledge of G-Code & M-Code
• Strong understanding of 2D & 3D machining
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and mould drawings
• Good knowledge of cutting tools, machining strategies and parameters
• Experience with PowerMill, Mastercam, Siemens NX/NX CAM or similar CAM software
• Knowledge of machining Core & Cavity, electrodes and complex 3D profiles
🎓 Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Machinist or equivalent
📍 Location: Bawana Industrial Area, Delhi
💼 Employment: Full-Time | On-Site
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month, depending on experience and technical expertise
